The Shanghai Smart Trade Cross border Logistics Center is invested and constructed by Shanghai Jiading Chengfa Group, and is an automated logistics center serving cross-border e-commerce business. The total construction area of this project is about 50000 square meters; After completion, the daily average order processing volume is 100000, and during peak periods, the daily order processing volume can reach 200000.

        Project facilities and equipment:

        1) Automated three-dimensional warehouse: 18 lanes, 26000 pallet spaces；

        2) Miniload: 9 lanes, 88400 cargo spaces；

        3) One set of high-speed cross belt sorting machine: complete the rapid sorting of order packages；

        4) A set of dismantling and sorting system: a two-story attic shelf that can accommodate 64000 dismantling and sorting spaces；

       5) HDS system: SHUTTLE area automated caching system with a total of 1200 storage locations, meeting the centralized caching function of task boxes before reviewing multiple product orders；

        6) As a cross-border e-commerce warehouse located in the Jiading Export Processing Zone, the business needs to be integrated with the customs' customs system to meet the requirements of random inspection by the customs；

        7) The entire system is designed with flexibility, considering that the growth of e-commerce business is often explosive and rapid, while also facing the peak impact of the 618 and Double 11 promotion activities, with a wide variety of products；

        The specific considerations for flexible design are as follows: in the design of the box conveyor system, the connection between the vertical warehouse and the miniload is considered, which can optimize the small box storage space of the vertical warehouse to the miniload area, thereby releasing the vertical warehouse storage space; The design of the zero picking area follows the requirement of maximizing space utilization, using loft shelves to meet the zero picking needs of more SKUs; The review process adopts the HDS system imported from Europe, combined with the electronic label seeding system, to meet the collection and seeding functions of multiple product orders before the review and packaging process; The design of the tray conveying system ensures the vertical back and forth transportation of each floor of the multi-layer warehouse, as well as the connection function between the vertical warehouse and the multi-layer warehouse; Considering the expansion needs of the venue and personnel during the business promotion period, the entire fourth floor area has been reserved as a backup venue. The goods can be directly transported to the cross belt sorting system on the first floor through the spiral conveyor system, completing the fast outbound function; The first floor cross belt sorting system meets the sorting function of e-commerce parcel express delivery in non customs inspection areas, while reserving a dedicated crossing for the sorting needs of customs inspection parcels;

        8) At present, the civil engineering of the project has met the conditions for equipment entry. The equipment has gradually entered the site for installation in early November 2019, and is expected to be officially launched by the end of 2020.
